I have been involved in entertainment most of my life beginning with Children‘s Community Theater and singing in church. An honor graduate and farewell speaker at my high school graduation, I went on to receive full scholarships to Brevard Community College and the University of Central Florida. My first television hosting and voice over experience took place at Brevard Community College and I decided to pursue this field at the university level. I graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Journalism, majoring in Advertising and Public Relations and minoring in Radio and Television. Two separate internships during college led to employment within the Public Relations Department of Brevard Community College as well as a position at the WTGL TV52 in Orlando, Florida. I worked as a floor director, camera operator and in editing and eventually produced a family program in which I occasionally hosted. After leaving television, I began working with talent agents in Central Florida and pursuing an acting career. In 1995, I accepted a marketing position at the Merritt Square Mall which enabled me to continue building my acting resume by hosting television shows, commercials, industrials and voice over work. I was a presenter at conventions in Orlando, Las Vegas, New York and San Francisco. In addition, I followed my heart and began teaching a children’s acting class at MDM Studios where I started modeling and acting some ten years earlier. After five years at the Merritt Square Mall and organizing many fashion shows and events, I decided it was time to retire from the mall marketing business. After a few months, I met my husband and we were married seven months later. We now have two beautiful sons and I am able to stay at home with them and continue my acting and voice over work (which I now do from my home studio) as well as sing in church. I have branched out into Spanish speaking work thanks to the influence of my husband who is originally from Mexico City. I consider myself fortunate to be able to do all that I love…all that’s left is a major motion picture and my own talk show…(wink, wink).Please feel free to review my Resume' and see if my talents and training will fit into your campaign.
